EFT ~ Emotional Freedom Techniques

EFT is a proven technique to help regulate the nervous system.  It utilizes a combination of tapping on specific energetic meridian points on the body while using verbal talk therapy to help shift energies from the fight/flight/fear nervous system (sympathetic) to the rest and repose, homeostatic nervous system (parasympathetic).

It is a gentle, effective, non-invasive methodology which can help calm the body and mind to facilitate nervous system regulation.  When you are in a calmer state you will be better positioned to reclaim your personal power.

I am a certified EFT practitioner for this modality and incorporate as needed into my work.
